Des mariages de saveur parfait, des produits de qualit\u00e9 et une pr\u00e9sentation magnifique. One of the best ways for me to get Inspiration is through travelling. It is when I travel that I get challenged by what I see, in terms of food or pastry, I get agitated by seeing lots of people from all over appreciate confection, and that&#8217;s what I want to achieve in the Philippines, for Filipinos to appreciate desserts more, more than just a meal ender but as a luxury, a treat at the end of hard days work. I was trained in school to follow the French methods, then when I started working I realized that the French way is the only way if you want to perfect or strengthen your basics. I all went under the eye of a French chef during the most critical times of my career, chef Cyrille Soenen he was my executive chef that time, although pastry wasn&#8217;t his Forte, he challenged me to expand my French pastry vocabulary.
